    Exhibitors at the conference will have access to some of the most discriminating educators from more than 225 schools in our 15 state region. ISACS expects 1,500 faculty, administrators and trustees to pass through the exhibit area. The exhibitor space will be open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, November 2nd and 8:30 am to 3:00 pm on Friday, November 3rd.

  • $109/night for single occupancy plus tax
  • $119/night for double occupancy plus tax
  • $139/night plus tax for club level rooms with executive privileges ($149/night plus tax for double occupancy)

    ***As of 10/02/2006 the Adam's Mark no longer has sleeping room availability for Wednesday, November 1 and Thursday, November 2. ISACS has secured rooms at the Radisson Hotel and Suites (across the street). See below for reservation information.

The URL link lists other non-ISACS hotel rates; PLEASE make sure you select from the ISACS discounted rates, which are listed first. Do not select the government rate (which is lower but does require proper documentation). In order to receive the $119 per night standard room for double occupancy (or $149 per night for double occupancy for deluxe room), you must change the number of guests from 1 to 2 in the pull down menu provided. The appropriate rates for a double will be provided when you complete your search. Please note that the deluxe room prices are listed first, please select the standard room if you prefer the lowest price for ISACS: $109 per night for single and $119 for double occupancy.

    ISACS has secured additional rooms at the Radisson Hotel and Suites St. Louis Downtown (just across the street from the Adam’s Mark Hotel where the ISACS Annual Conference is being held.). If rooms are no longer available at the Adam’s Mark Hotel St. Louis for your hotel needs, please contact the Radisson. Call 1-800-925-1395 between 7 am and 10 pm CST) to reserve your room today and request the “ISACS block” to receive the discounted rates: $119/night single occupancy and $129/night double occupancy.

    Parking at the Radisson Hotel is $10/per day.

    American Airlines is offering ISACS members a 5% discount on airfare to/from St. Louis. To make a reservation, visit and use the following promotional code when you purchase your ticket on – A32H6AQ. To make a flight reservation by telephone, please call 1-800-433-1790, 7 days a week, 5 am – midnight CST and use code A32H6AQ (American does charge a $10 fee for tickets booked via the telephone).

    A taxi from the airport to the hotel takes about 20 minutes and costs approximately $35 one way. Public transportation is available via Metrolink which takes approximately 30 minutes and costs $3 per person for a one way trip. For a complete schedule and transit map please visit Metrolink. Trans Express offers shuttle service every 20 minutes between Lambert International Airport and every hotel in the downtown area. Inbound no reservations are required, and outbound return departures required reservations for transfers after 6:30 pm only. Trans Express costs $15 per person one way and $25 per person round trip.     The Adam’s Mark Hotel has a limited number of on-site parking spaces. Self-parking is $14 per day and valet parking is $19 per day. There is a public parking lot next door at the Mansion House located on 4th and Olive. Daily rate is $1 for 30 minutes or $8 maximum per day.

    Conference Planner

    ISACS cannot offer refunds for the Annual Conference after October 16. Cancellations must be received in writing to ISACS, 1165 North Clark Street, Chicago IL 60610 or by October 16 to receive a 50% refund. For the annual conference, registration may be transferred until October 16 to another member from the same school. No refunds or registration transfers after October 16.
