The Academy for Division Heads has been designed by ISACS division heads for division leaders at all levels. The Academy experience seeks to provide opportunities to strengthen skills, network with colleagues and provide valuable time to step away from the busy pace to refresh, reflect and learn. The 2009 Academy welcomes Rosalind Wiseman and Donna Orem, who will be sharing expertise and insight on current trends in independent schools, managing challenging parents, and many other pertinent issues. Rosalind Wiseman will join us on Thursday, February 5th to discuss relationships with Queen Bee moms and Kingpin dads. Donna Orem will join us on Friday, February 6th to share the newest data and statistics to thoughtfully inform our work as school leaders. The Academy will also include time to network, socialize and engage in spirited conversations grouped by topic and division.

New this year, we have also added two panel discussions on Wednesday evening prior to the formal start of the Academy: one for aspiring heads, and one for new division heads.
