Conducting and Making Use of the ISACS Constituent Survey
Chris Everett & Bob Dicus

Friday, April 20, 2012
10:00 am - 3:00 pm

The Catherine Cook School
Chicago, IL

The workshop will focus on the measurement model and how to address your school’s unique needs when administering the survey. This will include how and when to conduct the survey along with the design of custom questions that allow you to learn more about important issues that are relevant and specific to your school.
Once the surveys are completed, you will need to know how to analyze and use the results. The workshop will also use case studies to illustrate how best to utilize your survey results.
This workshop will benefit schools that are entering the self-study, are involved in the accreditation process, have just received the survey results, are using the survey on an annual basis as an administrative tool and/or have a desire to become the school of choice in their community. In addition, knowing how to interpret constituent perceptions will help to improve family and faculty retention; make school administration more effective; enhance parent support and loyalty; and increase alumni support.
Special topic - the survey has been enhanced to obtain more information from alumni. This information will help you to develop a better relationship with alumni and to better understand the potential for development activities.
Chris Everett, President of The Kensington Group, provides marketing and marketing research consulting for Independent Schools. He designed the ISACS School Constituent Survey in 1995 and has managed the program and assisted school with the use and interpretation of the survey results since the initial use of the survey.
Bob Dicus, President of Market Research Technologies, provides the technical support for the ISACS School Constituent Survey results and for the e-survey.
